Thomas R. Lawrence
Mr. Lawrence currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Aetos Technologies, Inc., Chairman of Eagle Aquaculture, Inc. and Chairman and CEO of Falcon Protein Products, Inc. Prior to Aetos, he was the founder and principal of Delta Capital Partners, LLC, Memphis, Tennessee and former investment banker for Union Planters Bank. He is a director of Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and has been active in various investment advisory capacities. Mr. Lawrence has a BS degree from Mississippi State University.

Charles T. Ludwig
Mr. Ludwig was President and Chief Executive Officer of Avistis Corp., President of GIL Technologies, and Vice President of Great Lakes Chemical Corp. He was previously employed by General Electric Corporation in various capacities involving technology development, sales, marketing, and business management. Mr. Ludwig has been involved in various investor turn-around situations and other consulting activities. He received a BS degree in Chemistry and MBA degree, both from Purdue University He serves as an advisor to Purdue University involving the Colleges of Science, Management, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, and other Biotech/Nanotech tech development activities.

Arthur W. Doty
Mr. Doty currently serves as Executive Vice President of Aetos Technologies, Inc. Mr. Doty has served as executive director of Mississippi Technology Alliance Innovation Center, a business and technology incubator. He was previously a director of Unity Communications, a telecom organization, and was founder and President of TelCom South, Inc., also a telecom enterprise. Mr. Doty was an investment banker with Baxter Brown & Company, and was founder and vice president of sales and marketing of Doty, McLaurin &Taylor, Inc., an investment-banking firm. He is an advisor to Cumberland Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Doty has a BS degree in pharmacy from the University of Mississippi.

Samuel M. Lawrence
Mr. Lawrence currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Aetos Technologies, Inc. and President and CEO of Eagle Aquaculture, Inc. Prior to that, he was Director of the 737/757 Lean Transformation Office with Boeing Commercial Aircraft. In that position, Mr. Lawrence was responsible for integration of total Lean efforts from design to delivery. He was formerly factory manager of the Interior Responsibility Center, Boeing Commercial Aircraft, in which capacity he supervised over 600 people involved in the production of aircraft interior components. Mr. Lawrence has also served as a management consultant for Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Lawrence has a BS degree in aerospace engineering from Mississippi State University and a MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

John O. Lawrence
Mr. Lawrence currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of Aetos Technologies, Inc., Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Eagle Aquaculture, Inc and Chief Operating Officer of Falcon Protein Products, Inc. Prior to Aetos he was Executive Director of Sales Systems and Operations at Andrx Laboratories. He was previously Vice President of Redundant Networks, Jackson, Mississippi, with responsibilities for sales and customer service. Also, he has served as Senior Manager of Technical Support and Customer Service for SkyTel. Mr. Lawrence previously served as Assistant Director of Alumni and College Relations at Millsaps College. Mr. Lawrence has a BLS degree in sociology and anthropology from Millsaps College.

Dr. Will D. Carpenter
Dr. Carpenter is the former vice president and general manager of the new products division of Monsanto Corporation. He has been active in chemical weapons disarmament activities and received the Hilliard Roderick prize for national security and world peace, as well as the Rene Dubois award for contributions to the environment. He is former president of WSSA, and led the Chemical Manufacturers Association management committee on the environment. Dr. Carpenter has a BS degree from Mississippi State University and MS and Ph.D degrees from Purdue University. He also received an honorary Ph.D in Science from Purdue University. He was selected as alumnus of the year from Mississippi State University for 2003.

Dr. C. Michael Moriarty
Dr. Moriarty is associate provost and vice president for research of Auburn University. He is also a tenured professor in the department of anatomy, physiology and pharmacology in Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to his appointments at Auburn University, Dr. Moriarty was associate vice president of research at the University of Georgia and previously taught at the University Of Nebraska. He received a BS degree in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS degree in engineering physics from Cornell University, and PhD in biophysics from University of Rochester.

Dr. C. Lloyd Nix
Dr. Nix retired in 1999 from a successful dentistry practice of 36 years in Decatur, Alabama. He obtained a BS degree from Auburn University in 1959. After obtaining a DMD from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1963, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force for two years prior to starting his dental practice. Dr. Nix currently serves as a director for First American Bank and Alabama National Bank. He also is a member of the Auburn University Foundation Board and the Auburn University National Campaign Board. He previously served as a board member of the Alabama Institute Foundation for Deaf and Blind as well as Chairman of the Auburn University Research Advisory Board.
